Reboot Changes - Sept 21st

Only a couple of changes this reboot, the reboot was mainly to fix the cause of the crashes we had Friday and Saturday:

-> It now costs 100,000 gold to convert a trivia point into a token. Ivar got tired of having to create all these tokens for people without getting his cut.

-> You can no longer remove Graffiti from another clan's hall. You can still add it, but only if there's none already there of course.
