Reboot Changes - June 27th '03

The changes below are all by Sarlock, sure is nice to have some backup :)

*> There is a new command called 'skipnextloot'. This does what the name implies. If you have autoloot on, you can set this to avoid looting the next corpse only. Useful for when you know you're fightign a mob with cursed eq, junk you don't want, etc.

*> There is a new command called 'keyloot'. If you have autoloot on, this has no affect. If you have autoloot off, you can turn this on to loot only 'key' type objects. Note that some objects are keys but not flagged as key type objects so will not be covered by this. We'll try to clear them up as they are identified. (Tragen)

*> The 'domains' command has been redone to recognize specific hostnames and most of the suggestions on feedback have been incorporated. This command show now be much more accurate.

*> Some bug fixes to blackjack, including the bug some people hit when getting 'five card charlie' on a split hand.
