Reboot Changes - October 25th '03

The main purpose of the reboot this morning was to to fix the cause of the couple of crashes we had in the week which was because of the mud not correctly handling extremely long messages used when buying flowers.

A few other changes did make it in:

-> Whenever you receive a tell from someone, their name will always be shown regardless of ether or not you can see them, this includes tells from invisible imms also. Based on this change, 'invtells' is now redundant and has been removed. (Nerces/Sephiroth)

-> Dominion's V2 clanskill is in - it is called 'Nirvana'. Tao's V2 clanskill is in - it is called 'Aggrandize'.

-> If someone happens to have a (Traitor) flag at the time they are outcast, it will be removed. We should not have outcasts running around with a traitor flag. (Sarlock)

-> I have removed the restriction that you need to be running MCCP for brief 0 (always see room descs) to work.
